Refund policy

1. Free plan

The Antipixel Free plan is available at no cost with no payment required. As no charges are made, no refunds apply to the Free plan.

2. Pro plan — $15/month

14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.

Subsequent billing cycles. After the initial 14-day period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Downgrade. When you cancel your Pro plan, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your projects and data will be preserved, but Pro-exclusive features will become unavailable.

3. Studio plan — $9/seat/month

14-day satisfaction guarantee. Studio plan subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. This applies to the total amount charged for all seats in the initial billing cycle.

Seat adjustments. You may reduce the number of seats at any time. Seat reductions take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle seat reductions.

Minimum seats. The Studio plan requires a minimum of 3 seats. If you reduce below 3 seats, you will be prompted to switch to the Pro plan or maintain the minimum.

4. Service disruptions

If the Service experiences a significant outage (defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of unavailability) that is not caused by scheduled maintenance, affected paid subscribers may request a prorated credit for the period of disruption.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and do not qualify for service credits.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@antipixel.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Your subscription plan (Pro or Studio)

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Dissatisfaction with features clearly described on the Pricing page prior to purchase
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal after receiving advance notice
  • Third-party software or hardware incompatibilities listed in our system requirements

7. Plan changes

Upgrading. When upgrading from Free to Pro or from Pro to Studio, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrading. When downgrading from Studio to Pro, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued for the current cycle.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
