Terms of service

By accessing or using Antipixel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Antipixel is a GPU-accelerated motion graphics editor that provides tools for 2D vector design, 3D scene composition, procedural animation, and real-time collaboration. The Service is available as a downloadable desktop application with cloud synchronization features.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Antipixel offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($15/month), and Studio ($9/seat/month, minimum 3 seats). The Free plan provides core editing functionality with certain limitations. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on our Pricing page.

For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change our pricing, we will provide notice of the change on the Service or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Antipixel Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using Antipixel. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you produce with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

The Service includes real-time collaboration features that allow multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously. By using these features, you acknowledge that other authorized collaborators may view and modify shared content.

You are responsible for managing access to your collaborative sessions and for the actions taken by anyone you invite to collaborate.

Antipixel provides cloud synchronization for project files. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

Project files are stored in the proprietary .apx format. We provide export functionality to standard formats to ensure you can always access your content outside of Antipixel.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

In no event shall Antipixel Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Antipixel Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
